duner and friend Doug Courton passed away this morning from a short battle with the c word. .

A man of marvel with the solar off grid setups , and one hell of a great duner to talk shop with about electrical construction , welding , plumbing , Duning , tools ,and just about everything in life . All of my most memorable and epic rides were trying to keep up behind him in his “dunes of hazard” funco . Prayers to his wife Dena and all of the boardmanville crew . We will all dune again my friend 😪

I built his website and it's gonna suck to take it down.

Hanging out with him, or just talking to him on the phone, the guy Always made me laugh.

His great sense of humor and quick wit were his best attributes, as far as I'm concerned.

He brought power to Boardmanville in a whole bunch of different ways.

RIP buddy. You will definitely be missed. 😓

Men like Doug are few and far in-between. Had the pleasure of meeting Doug a few years ago. Talked mechanics, generators, solar etc. didn't take but a few minutes to realize how intelligent he was. Shortly after that first meeting, I got to witness how much he cared for the dunes and Duners. Always willing to help and seemed to have the trouble at hand already figured out before he came in. Doug was a call or text away if you needed anything.
Rip Doug. You will always be in my thoughts.

Sounds like a great guy!
Sorry for your loss and to all who were lucky enough to know him!
RIP Duner...

He helped me celebrate my 40th, 2 years ago. Had one hell of a trip. Lost a front wheel at some point though.....
Good dude for sure. RIP Doug.

Doug was a great guy, worked with him occasionally for many years. We would always talk Glamis every break we got.

You will be missed my friend. R.I.P.
