Shouldn't be a problem. Just make sure the title is in seller's name, also have a separate bill of sale (which I prefer instead of the section on title) and worst case they have you bring it in for vin verification and/or light check, doubt it though.

May want to check the 50 state/carb compliance sticker. Vin verification company may not look or care but the last bike I brought in from out of state I had to use DMV and they did look and verify the sticker.

they should. being thats a red sticker bike and the elimination of the red sticker program starting with 2022 model years, dont know if it will be tough to register in ca or not.

There simply will not be any "RED" sticker models sold 2022 or later, 2021 was the last year sold in CA. The law is directed at sales, not usage.

Pull up to the DMV Vin Inspection Line / They will verify the vin, give you the form and you go inside with the NY title and come out with a CA reg....they will mail you the title
