Re-Wiring Enclosed Trailer

Anyone know a shop in the IE that will re-wire all the electrical/brake breakaway on a 24 ft enclosed trailer? Our new dog took a liking to it and ripped most of the wiring out but truth be told, the breakaway has been broken for several years.
