Price info needed to help sell, for a deceased friend 88 Honda 250r quad

A friend of mine passed away and wife is selling one of his quads  88 250r four trax

I would say its super clean, but has been parked for a few years  any input on typical sales price?

First, sorry for your loss.

I’d look at cycle trader.  Banshees have been getting insane prices lately.  My wife sold mine for $6k and I’m not even dead yet!!

as an R guy, I'd tend to pay a little more if it's super clean. They go anywhere from 2500-6k

in this market, you’re looking at $5000 to $7000.  88s and 89s are more desired and if the plastics are in shape, that’s also a plus. As long as it didn’t sit outside, it’ll be fine. Go through the carb, maybe some new rings, fresh fluid and it’ll fire up.
