Get at least 3 quotes...make sure all bonded and licensed!
I'd have CA pools come take a look, they have been around since early 50's...they ended up doing our remodel.
Go see finished work.
Nothing comes out perfect, that's FACT!
Think about colors of materials, color of water you want (that depends on the plaster you go with), hard water is inevitable...do light grout!
Pebble tech is very rough on skin and swimsuits but it is durable! Pebble Sheen is smoother but more expensive, Hydrazzo is pretty awesome but super expensive!
White plaster will give you the bluest color water...anything darker, darkens the color or grays it out.
