Pismo Beach, and surrounding area, Things to do...

Wife and I wanna take a weekend road trip soon, put some miles on the new truck. Thinking about Pismo Beach, Avila beach, Morrow Bay, etc...

I know there are wineries, whale watching, Hearst Castle (done that tour though), hiking...but asking for any locals up there, @Supreme Air that can maybe chime in @Hondajimz I think they are up that way.

Not sure if still on this site??

Any cool restaurants, cool site seeing things, Bars with good live music, maybe something unexpected??

Steel city in paso is fun and has bands. it's a brewery , can't remember the name. 

found it barrel house brewing company.

Tin city... it's called. 

 
Avilia beach is cool, rode there. Theres a breakfast spot called Fatcats at the end of the road by the boat launch. Nice scenery good food
