Phone Pouch Ideas

My car has inner panels so you do not see the bars, and i have a 3d Center console, so i really dont want to mount anything to it,  

I am looking for a pouch that can wrap around the 3'' harnesses,  i have seen them built into SXS harness, but I dont want to change the Harness supplier i use, seeing what is out there for ideas, really want something that can take the abuse of duning jumping whoops ect. 

I dont need a lot of access to the phone, i use a JL-Audio swim deck controller for the music, like having the phone close to me incase i need it,

Seems like a basic tactical pouch with molle and then zip, wrap or malice clip in it.  Double as a 1st aid kit too.
