Well my two Goodman units made it 23 years which is amazing. Need to get two new units installed and do the gas heater at the same time. Looking for recommendations out there. Thanks

I would go with what the AC guy says today is the best bang for the buck. They certainly outlived their normal life span. All I did was clean the fins on the condensers with Nubrite each year. Never had an AC guy out once. I have no idea on how their quality is now vs back then.Question: Would you go with goodman again?
Yes for an easy to repair, parts readily available and simple unit. Mine is almost 20 years old and just had a run cap go out and AC guy says to buy before the end of the year. 2025 has a new refrigerant that they are unsure of issues or how it works. I have a buddy who works at a AC supply house and got a price of $4300ish for a 5ton rooftop package unit. My theory on AZ ac units is to keep them clean and plan on replacing every 20 years.Question: Would you go with goodman again?
Yep Chris is going to take care of this. I had used Chris once before as well. Thank you everyone else for your input.Monster Air can help ya.

Chris says he really likes the Goodman units in today's world. Good supply of parts if work ever needs to be done in the future. Some of the other units are more difficult.
Chris for sure!
