Yeah, it was really good. I remember those Pepsi points as a kid..

He's part of the reason why there's so much fine print in giveaways. 😂

 
I HATE our Legal System ! It DESTROYS Everything. Yes, I get this was a funny story but at the root of it is the EXACT reason our country is where it is....its why you need a DOT helmet on a small child in a SXS that will alter their neck forever......its what our criminals run wild in the street.....its why companies cant do common sense things.....its why mislabeling a gender can cost millions!

Its why you cant ski out of bounds , .......the list goes on and on

It is the single biggest reason that drives the USA s behavior ....... LEGAL BS

Totally justifies all the lawyer jokes. Lawyers ruin everything; not a shocker majority of govt officials are lawyers or attended either harvard or yale

What a piece of crap this would go to summary judgement vs a jury trial. Complete joke. Can't imagine a jury not finding an award in favor of the plaintiff. Pepsi sure used their power like big corporations can.
