Paracord hacks?

Got me some 550 paracord. The dogs play fight and chewed off a collar. Thought about getting some metal buckles and making a dog collar. 

Any other cool ideas? Couldnt tell you how many times ive thought to myself..."dang i need some cheap string real fast"
