Padres game tonight....

My BIL (a Philly fan)wants to come over to watch the Padres game tonight.  I don't have cable (yes some of is have bunny ears).  Is there a website or  someplace I can goto to stream it and broadcast it to my TV?  

I would rather not have to sign up for any service to watch the game.....

I think I found a way to watch it.  YouTube ia streaming it.  I can watch it on my phone and broadcast it to my TV.  We will see...  LOL
