What wheel and tire setup would you recommend on the Speed El Jefe? I need to start getting my shit in order for this season.

No disrespect, but we need more information.
Engine. HP, RPM, Power to wheel
Tranny, with ratios. Diff if needed.
Car weight.
Suspension travel.
Beer cooler?

I was kinda hoping someone with a speed had kinda figured out the combo last year.. lol.

Grip Kings in San Bernardino have been awesome to me. I can also haul them to Havasu if you need. I’m running Alba 3 piece beadlocks on Sandcrafts on my Pro R.IMG_6412.jpeg

I’m going to be running the destroyers with mine. The Slayer 14 paddle. May be to much until i get my speed key but hopefully have the miles before. I ended up going with non bead lock metal fx wheels. Keep the weight down. I’ve also read that the bead grip with sand craft wheels don’t work.

I used to think the same way. Big mistake.
My S.C.O.R.E. Buggy was all dialed in, and a team member changed the
size of the tire without asking or doing the math..
Halfway to San Felipe, that same team member over heated the engine
and ended our day. The taller tire didn't like the gear ratios.
