Plan to have 15x 5's / 5.5's up front and 15x12's in the back...I like tires to look proportionate to the car size, but also functional...some cars have huge and or too small of tire and makes it look odd.

For the fronts I'm thinking these - 28 tall (it's that or the 8.5's - but that might look too big on the car?)

....but for the rears...what say you? Pictures of all the options from sand tires unlimited below - all for cars in the 250+ HP range. I'm a fan of a bit more tire than needed and just up the air pressure, vs less aggressive tire / lower pressure...i.e, get a tire recommended for 300HP vs one rated for 250.
If anyone has pictures of their tire setups, please share.

Shaved front 33 baja pros and the 14.50x15 #2 cut Dune Sports in the rear.

I liked the Dune Sport 14.5x15 # 2 cut, Worked great. 3.5 2d 2 seat mid engine carIMG_2124.JPG

Depends on trans first. I run a j35 and use a 13.00 number 2 cut on a 15x10 wheel.

I run it about 14 pounds air pressure and car hooks up good. Does have some spin when you first hit the throttle which is fine. Still can go up the steepest hills as well.

When these start breaking up I may go with a blackbird 32 not sure if cut but similar to paddle height I have now. If you have a 2d then a 33 blaster be a no brainer.

shaved baja pros in the front (33's) and Blaster 33's in the rear. Ran the #1 cut with the stock Honda and it did great

Sand viper 7.60 fronts (Chinese co. And hard to find right now). Extreme 13.50 rears on mine (extinct, but 13.00 plus STU has Similar dimensions) on my smedium sized limo with 3.5/091. I the feel chop alot, and have considered 8.5s out front many trips to potentially compensate a bit. I think 8.5 STU fronts and 14.5 Dune Sports out back could make more sense for you, although the 33s out back might look better depending in your car. It might just come down to looks as much as function for you.
