I know this has been posted before but I'm too lazy to search for it.

Where do I pick one up coming from Havasu?

I would assume the gas station in Palo Verde has them, they have dune passes. I have them but havent put them on my sxs because there doesn't seem to be an official, "this is where to stick them". on the sticker it has ATV and motorcycle but nothing about sxs at least. I just carry it in the glove box until/if i get harased.

Ranger station has them / They are only good till 12/31/2022......You will need a new one Januay 1st 2023

They are valid Jan THRU December

I refuse to give crackheads money when they stand on the corner begging for change and I refuse to give a state that wastes every dollar it gets until I absolutely have to.  They told us last year we didn't need one until next year. I took that as a calendar year. 

I also plan on peeling off the sticker next NYE and sending it to the idiot in charge in Sacramento.  Telling him I didn't need it anymore and if he could kindly dispose of it that would be great.
