Off-Road Expo - Fairplex in Pomona, CA

This weekend September 28-29, 2024

Anybody going?

Online tickets are $16 until the 27th - $20 at the gate

wedding anniversary we aren’t gonna make it

Good amount of Baja Desert Trucks, which is what I like seeing at this expo. The Overland stuff was not out of control and Mall Crawling Jeeps were limited. SxS were mostly limited to racing teams and a few custom accessories shops.

Good way to spend a Sunday afternoon, was HAF 🔥 all day.

Was there Sunday. Saw the sights, visited with vendors, sponsors, etc. Liked the show, and especially liked the long air-conditioned building through the middle of it.

Was there late, no dorifto action, no Euro Beat engaged. Your basin's traffic situation is unsat. Took over 3 fucking hours to drive 115 miles on a Sunday afternoon. Horse shit.

Your people are everywhere, how'm'I s'posed to see you in a crowd carnal?

Went on Saturday. Did anyone get some good photos of Jason Heards badarse buggy?
Dude made a WILD 5-link trailing arm system, super wild idea

RD depends on the market you're after. This years show was way smaller less vendors and actual show space, but more desert show and shine.
I stopped going to the SSSS due to it becoming the SxSSS, I thought this show was going that direction but it didn't. It went from Jeep show to desert racing to Ultra4/ overlanding and back to desert.

There used to be a lot of engineering show and shine at this show too, now there's only a few still showing off. Morgan Clark (also at SSSS) and JEHC had the coolest builds to show off tech and talent.

It's smaller then years past, but I enjoy the desert stuff and this is the place.

If I was a Sand Car guy, it would be the SSSS.

UTVs are everywhere haha
