The temps are rising and it's time for a refreshing cocktail :ifly:
I wasn't a Gin guy at all until a couple years ago and this is the drink that changed that for me, I absolutely love a good Gin & Tonic! I now have about half as many different Gins as I do Whiskeys (and that's a lot).

One of my favorites to use for G&T is Hendrick's Midsummer Solstice with Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic Water
I always toss in a lime wedge and will generally toss in a splash of Rose's Sweetened Lime Juice
