Newscum Screws The Trucking Industry In California

The exemption is business to business the solution is to be a corporation or LLC and it is way more paperwork to to be a trucking company than a corporation the law gets rid of foreign drivers and those that skirt the rules
Yes costs of trucking will go up but only because of the fraud that we had this with enforcement of all immigration rules will make trucking great again
The refinery problem is real but the solution is importing fuel into the ports and while we do not yet have capacity at the ports it will get fix
And trucks have 1000 mile range we won’t be running out but your car will
 
It's sad that most people don't see the writing on the wall and what is coming. What is even sadder is the people that are smart enough to realize what is coming, can't do anything about it other than flee the state. Voting and politics are so corrupt here in California. 19 more months until the daughter graduates high school and her, my wife and I can get out of here. The saddest part of it all, I was born and raised in Southern California, so was my wife and so was my daughter and I never thought I would leave. Well, until about five years ago. Now we can't wait to escape.

I'm stuck here in this siht hole, too old to pack up my junk and go.

We already have laws / entities that are supposed to get rid of people that skirt the rules.
This didn’t start here, it started with off site classifications designed to tie drivers into California’s prevailing wage requirements when delivering to construction sites.
The goal is to unionize the workforce just like they did with the refineries when they banned nonunion training programs.
The ultimate goal is having state run operations with thousands of workers being forced into backfilling the state’s massively underfunded retirement programs. Until that’s accomplished all employees need to be rounded up and made employees so their employers can pay extortion to the state behind closed doors.

NEVER Too old.. it can be done. If AZ gets rid of Hobbs....they will be an option...if not....they will copy Ca
