Need a mobile welder/rv repair person

Help me save my Halloween trip!!!

So, took the fifth wheel out today to load it and prep. When backing it into the side yard again (turning and going up the curb) there was a loud pop. The rear most spring hanger on the passenger side ripped off the frame (see pic). So, I need somebody that can remove the rest of the hanger and weld a new one on the frame. In addition, it would be great if they could strengthen the area some how. There isn't much choice in the way I back the trailer in. I'm located in Murrieta, CA. Anybody know a guy?

Was that a hanger or just 2 plates welded on there?  Usually they are like 1/4" think bent steel?

It doesn't need to be a specific RV guy, any good mobile welder can fix that.

It was a U-shaped hanger. The part touching the frame is still in the frame. Looking at the fractures in the steel, you can tell it has been partially cracked for a while.
