its black ceramic coating. its turns a matte black after run. i don't know who does it cause i go through my header guy

Most powder coat joints will have a high temp version of the color you're after.
We coat the heating coils on our machines bright red. Pressure washing stuff with a diesel fired burner. Holds up for years.
