Murdoch admits Fox News stars endorsed false stolen-election claim, Lies have consequences

I'm not one to feed into to all the conspiracy theories but...

I don't care what is said here, I don't care the outcome.  Until the US requires voter ID for all elections, I'll consider ALL elections illegitimate.  

 
I just wish they actually would  have investigated ANY of it.  No doubt they are cheating and rigging.... the Dems are good at it.  Our country is doomed....that is a fact.  With Stolen elections.....there is only the end of a gun to change things.  

Why would the Hag in AZ NOT campaign or debate unless she KNEW it was in the bag...she would have enough no matter what lake did.... 

People who says it's false are fools. Too many things just "happen" to go right for the dems on these machine issues.  Statistically... impossible.... numbers never lie.

I totally agree, not requiring ID is the most corrupt thing anyone can do to an accurate election system.

I think vote by mail is the second worse thing. I'm sorry, if you can't get off your ass and go to the polls, you should not have a say on who is elected. I'd be all for a requirement to pass a civics test to be eligible to vote too.

BTW....we vote by mail and my signature drastically changed since last year due to a neurological issue and I fully expected my vote to be rejected. But nope, got a notice that my vote was excepted and counted. 

 
Even though my vote doesn't count in CA, I still go in person to vote!

I guarantee that if the tables were turned and all was in favor of the Republican Party, there would so many investigations into EVERYTHING!!!!

Maybe this outcome will wake up all the news sources to actually do real journalism and have actual legitimate sources and facts before just throwing out claims as fact.

With the discovery that came out in public and the judge's ruling on the Motion for Summary Judgement, they had no choice but to settle.  Basically, Fox News was exposed as frauds under the guise of journalism. They knew it the stories they were running about the election were false but they decided to run with them anyway because it was good for business.

This can be said of all major media, not just Fox. All media has become politicized and use their platforms to push their ideology. A lot of the garbage they churn out is nothing more than a manipulative way of increasing clicks and views.

That being said, I would trust some media over others based on my own political leanings. I do not know much about this case but am assuming the reason Fox is having to pay out is because a private company claimed it was injured. But to say they are frauds and not include all the other major outlets is disingenuous. In this case a private company claimed it was injured and Fox had to open their wallet. But let's not forget that the other liberal outlets have made payouts to individuals for the same thing with the only difference being a company vs and individual. Either way, a lie is a lie no matter who was injured and they all participate in it.

Fox did not have to pay out, they chose to settle because they didn't want to go to trial and get even more exposed.

Sued for Defamation which resulted financial harm to the voting companies.   The reason the others were not sured is they did not spout out the election fraud stories as if they were fact and try to ruin businesses.   There is a fine line in journalism and they crossed it, got caught, and are now paying for it.

Can you bring up a few other examples of liberal outlets being sued by people and had to make payout?  I follow media pretty closely and nothing comes up off the top of my head. In this case a judge actually ruled the Fox was full of it to wit:

Go read the articles where the on air Fox personalities, producers and owner are all up in arms because Newsmax was stealing their viewers so they had to give them what they wanted instead of they new to be true.
