There is a report that is stating 5-6 cents per gallon not the 66 per.
But here's the funny part...it's to repair roads and such.... (Insert blank stare here)

The gas tax is only going up a little over 1 cent. There is some CARB nonsense that may add another 6 cents a gallon.

If people would of paid attention when that stupid gas tax was on the ballot this would not of happened.
