March DOTM Nominations are open!!!

I’ll throw out a nomination for Brandon “kraut_n_rice.” On the first weekend of the month, I blew up my Honda J32A1 on the first ride of the trip on a Thursday afternoon.  After making sure a few doods in camp were good with helping, we decided to find a motor and salvage the weekend. I must have called Brandon a half-dozen times checking what motors would work with the stock ECU and harness etc. What parts I would have to take over and so on. Sometimes I had what I thought would be a quick question in a text and he would call back knowing that my knucklehead would need a bit more explaining. So we got the motor out Friday morning. Found a junkyard J35A4 in Yuma. Swapped everything we needed over, and had it running by midnight. We were plagued by W that Saturday but it didn’t stop anyone. The group let me lead and we had fresh dunes every direction I looked. We held a spirited pace as I had to make up for a  days worth of duning lost. It was unanimous in the group that that Saturday ride was the best one of the entire season. I think my whole group has Brandon to thank for it.
