There is a legend, a story, possibly true. I believe it happened at the drags in G.
A guy who is a paraplegic crashed at the drags in a sandcar. When the Rangers got to him he told them he couldn't feel his legs! Good sense of humor!
Apparently he owns a wheelchair company. If anyone know his name or even better has some contact info for him I'd appreciate it if you could pass it along.
I have a friend who has a brother who is also a paraplegic and is looking for a race wheelchair. He heard about this guy from Glamis and although there are a few companies out there he really wants one from this guy but doesn't know his name or which company is his.
So, for all you Glamis historians, dig deep and help me find him.
