As the title says, I'm looking for a dealer that might not trash my '21 Grand Cherokee. The AC evaporator is now leaking which means the dash has to come out to replace. Any recommendations? Reviews seem to show the same super shitty issues at all the dealers, what gives? I recently finally got done dealing with a near 10 month ordeal at the dealer in Poway where much damage was done while they attempted to repair another issue. Needless to say the Jeep has a new dash, panoramic sunroof frame, headliner, gear shift, console and dash trim pieces, multiple pillar trims, seat upholstery and foams, air bags, exterior trim, etc etc etc. so I will not go back there and now have serious trust issues with this brand. I'm contemplating doing it myself but it's a huge job and still under warranty so trying to decide what to do. 20 years ago me would have no issue tackling it myself but today me is tired.

Thanks

Is it going to be a warranty thing?  Body shops do this kind of stuff all the time and have mobile people come out and do it.

Sorry saw the warranty thing.... I think OC may be better for jeep dealers.

To follow up on this, I ended up taking the Jeep to the new Mossy CDJR in Chula Vista after conversations with their fixed ops director. I can happily say those guys know what's up and my WK2 was taken care of in a timely manner and it didn't even look like they had been in there. Except that they corrected some fitment issues from what the other dealer caused. If you need Mopar service in SD county, I'd suggest considering taking it down to them. Yeah, it's a long ways down for most but it was worth it for me.
