Landing Gear Issues

Went to hook up to my trailer and it only clicks when trying to go up or down. Swapped Gear box, Motor, and switch with no difference in results. Took to an RV repair facility and they swapped the Lead leg and Gear box but said the click is there. They are tearing back into it to try and diagnose but wanted to see if anyone else experienced this before?

FWIW, Landing gear is Venture/Lippert.
