Jet ski engine rebuild

Not for me, but a friend has a 2017 Yamaha EX deluxe that lost the engine. Was taken apart, bent rods, pistons, crank seems ok. 
Who’s a goto guy to rebuild. They were quoted $5k, it’s a three cylinder.
