With the Jeremy Renner story,  just a reminder, make sure your first aid stuff is ready.... Dr. saved him with a tourniquet.... they can be found on amazon and ebay... it may save someone's life.  Not sure if you need the 30.00 one or not....people argue both sides.... but at least have a plan.

A couple years ago, I bought a Trama kit.  It's a full backpack of just about everything.  Best $150 I've never had to use....yet.
