What is everyone up too this weekend? For me I was asked to work a booth at the Overland expo in Pomona so thats where I will be today..

Y'all Have a Blessed weekend

Storms a brewing today. Sunshine will be out tomorrow for St Patty's day. Nothing major planned. Knock out a couple TO DO's on Mom's list. Might pull out the sticks and hit the white ball around. Driving Range sessions are always good for the golfing soul. Y'ALL have a great weekend. Wishing I was in G with our group. Peace

Not sure.  Maybe do some drills tomorrow.   Chores today.  Finish ousting the back yard together, it's been a mess for months, hiding everything from the rain.

We’ve got the grandsons this weekend so it’ll be a chaotic weekend. Sunday taking them back and having a St Patty’s style bbq.  Everyone have a great and safe weekend.

The MoHo generator fuel pump went south.  I tried a couple of the cheap Chinese Onan replacements but all they did was spit fuel.  Then I bought an Edlebrock universal one and got a good stream of fuel that the generator likes.  Of course the Edlebrock pump doesn't fit in the same location as the Onan so I have to mount it somewhere else.  Today's project.

I got tired of the cummins/Carter pump dieing on my dodge so I put an old Mallory 140 on there and it lasted for 10 or 11 years.  LOL

I got part way into this project and realized that I needed some brass elbows.  So off to Lowe's, then Home Depot and Ace hardware, no 1/4" elbows.  Ordered some on Amazon and had to put this project on hold.  Time for a  :Beerp:

Finally cleared out the storage unit we had to rent for all the GV chit ... now my garage is full before I bring the two trailers home from G  :bangin:  ...but I'm not hemorrhaging the storage unit $ ... took a truck load of chit to the landfill, hit Sam's Club, stocking on supplies, packing, and prep for the trip back to G this Tuesday

Racing this weekend, we have struggled for 2 years with our tuneup, could not get the car down the track. The last couple months I had taken the car apart and found alt of issues. Showed up with high hopes but ended q1 scratching my head, on q2 warmup, we lost the dash and half of data logger due to a bad cable, missed that round but fired it for a warm up and test a thought I had. In reviewing data and overlaying data, I found something I had missed. We changed up the configuration of fuel system and went to bed for night. Woke up and woke up realizing we had an ignition mapping issue that needed correcting. I stage for q3 sounds and feels good, but the car pulled me through lights then the car falls on face , back in pits we realize a boost line had fallen off 4 seconds before I released the clutch. Back to puts for another adjustment.

preparing for q4 was adjusting brake lever, increasing air gap on clutch. We go up and qualify #2 not impressive numbers but after reviewing data, we are in familiar territory with a tune we can work with. Tune up is done, got to check valves in morning, change plugs.

Wife is skiing in Tahoe with a girlfriend. I was at urgent care. My HS daughter broke her big toe sliding into a base at softball.

Not much else.

Went on a street bike ride. I did 254 miles. By pala casino, Julian borrego springs coyote canyon 16 bikes about 25 miles of groomed  dirt roads. I took my 1290 gt super duke. One guy went down in a little sand wash.
