So its the weekend once again what is everyone doing this weekend?

 
Few chores, I was in denver for the early part if the week, so I got things to get done.  Maybe wash the car.  Clean house for sure.  I have beer that needs to get drunk as well.

Must be the theme...

Just got back from Colorado visiting the parents up in the mountains. @megadesertdiesel I drove through Dolores...who'da known.  Spent the morning with :sexywave: having coffee in the jacuzzi, then cleaned the pool, doing chores, working on my car rebuild and Chummin will be swinging by around lunch time to catch up.

 
All morning been cleaning the patio, the house, vacuum, dusting

About to head to the local Carniceria to grab some carne asade and pollo for the BBQ...making tacos today, Pool time, maybe some Cornhole, Big Jenga, jacuzzi later...

Just got back from vacation and came home to storm damage. Trimming trees today that had wind damage, one way worst then other 6.

Tinkering on the work van.

Some new front end parts before new shoes and alignment on Tuesday.  

Wife and kids are out East (upstateish new york and the jersey shore) visiting grandpa and great grandpa before school starts next month.

Took the Parker out for a spin. First time in 2 years....my buddy that passed  was one of my partners...still can feel his presence on the boat.....Regardless of what Grease Monkey says, boats are a money pit.....had to put in a new trim pump....but even with 2 yr old gas she ran good,  60psi oil, 176 water, Volvo 5.7 gsi.  tried to fish, not many biters found.... my neighbor caught a 3lb  sand bass....he was stoked....I bought my neighbors 2016 dodge 2500 from his family when he passed....I'm going to rename the boat  Deadman's Party. Figure with my buddy passing and my neighbors truck....it's a fitting name.....I miss those guys...but the boat was fun... Today is Wifes 64th birthday...Next week my Mom's Hundredth birthday....and my work computer is down from crowdstrike.... oh well.

 
So I'm wahing my commuter car and my wife rolls out the greens can, rake and gardening gloves....  the gloves look familiar so I go over and look at them...  I asked...  whete did you get those (knowing where they came from).  She goes I found them in your tool box, they work good for gardening....  oh well... what can I do now...   LOL

Well it started on Friday night. Picked up my wife and 30 year old downs son at lax, they went to watch our grandchildren in utah. On the 105 coming home I did a car pool violation by crossing the double white line. Got pulled over by a lady CHP who took my lic. On the way to her car my son rolled down his window and charmed her with a “hello”. She let me go!

brought my 20kw kohlrabi home generator to our church for a huge Pioneer Day celebration. Powered up 3 ac units, three bounce houses, crock pots fan etc. it was 103 in Murrieta. Then went to an Abba and BeeGees tribute concert at pacific amphitheater sat night.
 

gave a 20 min talk in church, family over. Picking killer apricots, plums and having dinner together
