Its Saturday Aug 26th 2023... What up this weekend with ya?

Brisket smoking since last night.  Got a few people coming over for a pre-birthday party.

 
Whelp, probably shampoo the carpet in the formal dining room.  Hem some curtains (yes I know how to sew, I'm a product of the 60s and 70s). Help with the household chores...  get outside and do something....

Flying back from Reno after delivering an RV for Burning Man. 

 
Working; fixing up a city bench after it was hit by a car. Gotta bend crap back into place before i can start replacing sections. Typical over priced over engineered govt project

Got home from the hospital last night, came down last week with Acute Pancreatitis, not recommended.  Hanging watching sports this weekend.

 
Taking down light fixtures etc getting ready for the paint crew to start prepping house for paint Monday. It’s been 19 years since we painted it last and is a little over due. Tomorrow more of the same taking down gutters after paint install new they are like almost 30 years old and show the wear and tear can’t wait for the fresh look.

Spent the day with some friends and family driving rzr’s. Parked up around Barona casino and took trails through the mountains and ended up at El Cap lake. Drank some cold ones and did some swimming. It was hot but nice while moving. Got to do a proper break in on the new RZR. Good times!

I sure hope friends and family included tribe members. They seriously dont eff around; and you dont wanna find out.

Lol! Yes our friends are tribal and you are correct. We were told not to stray for any reason. Plus there were a couple big gates that they had to unlock for us to go through. 

 
Son's 5th birthday festivities.  He wanted to have the party with his martial arts friends rather than school/neighboorhood friends so the facility hosted it.

He wore my older son's kindergarten shirt from nearly 22 years ago this morning
