Well here we are at the weekend again. What is everyone up too? On a personal note from me Y'all stay safe incase the storm coming hits hard.

Whelp.... started off watching my youngest put shocks and springs on his GFs jeep.  I didn't know....  it was a FWD, with a 4 link trailing arm rear with coil over shocks out back.  

Today sea world event for work.  Then??

Tomorrow church, then re-seal the shower doors.

Ripping out old fridge from my grandma's trailer. Installing new electric only apartment style.  She's only using it in my yard in a full hookup situation. The old one was repaired twice and died again.

Cleaning up the shops yard in prep for the rain.  Prepping 4 boats in the yard so they drain well.  And not happy about the rain with the work going on at home.  Driveway has been torn out for 6 weeks  so it can dry out and be ready for the rebar and concrete pour. It slopes away from the house to the street with a 1 foot drop in elevation....... Not sure on the amount of rain, volume of rain and if the dirt will stay put.  Best case I end up with a soggy mess.  Worst case, soggy mess and all the neighbors down from me get a dirt filled curb.

OH yeah,  I went to Harbor Freight last night to pick up a Predator 3500 just in case.  Hate to loose my Wash 11 meat in the freezer.  It was a madhouse.  I was not alone. Most of the people were scrambling for gas cans, extension cords and generators.  The news has people stirred up no doubt.

Prepped and ready for just about anything.  Got up at 3am from the wind and spent a while watching the biggest concentration of lighting I've ever seen in my life.

Now doing bloody beers and rocking the raddest shades ever found.

We moved my 89 year old mother-in-law to an assisted living deal a month ago. Today I’m moving valuable’s into my storage unit so we can list her place in Laguna Woods.

HS football game last night. We won. Will be hard to beat last year as they were state champs.

My youngest is a senior cheerleader (as we’re both her sisters). Last one and the wife and I will be empty nesters. (I have 4 kids 31, 26, 24 and 17).

Don’t worry @ROBERT L  I’ll take the blame. I’ve flown out of hurricane country into SoCal several times and felt the relief of being back home to something that I’ve been used to my whole life,  earthquakes!!!

 
Swapping out polybutylene pipe to pex in 2 bathrooms in a rental and of course cutting grass.
