I had it at the bottom of the firefighters memorial, but I think soon after we got over the top on the way to Oldsmobile the mount broke.  I heard something hit the buggy.  

It is a Maxx. And it has part of a (broken) swivel base attached to it.  

Looks like the one in the pictures...
