The trailer "tongue" broke just as the truck was going out of frame. You can see it snap. Probably enough leverage to pop it off the ball. Chain didn't have a chance, and the "break a way" failed.
 
That's been around awhile, but it hurts to watch it every time. I don't understand why they didn't load all that shit after that trail.
