I need a pc with xp

the 3 bought from you years ago have finally all taken a dump . None of my perfectly good engineering software works on 10 . And I don’t give a Eff they are programs dammit not app’s .

and belong on my computer not on a Effing cloud or in outer space or whatever . 
 

Xp anyone ?

I do have XP in the back room. (Still) It will install on some newer systems, the issue may be drivers.

XP was up-datable if you told it that the system was a Point of Sale terminal.

If your not on the internet, no harm no foul.

If you need another system, I'll be back in town after Veterans day.

Dude, they're trying to tell me my system isn't fit for it. I've got a Ryzen 9 3900x and a 5700xt graphics card with 32g of ram and like 5TB of hard drive space. Makes ZERO sense lol.

Most amd's have a firmware based Tpm. (Ftpm) You need to turn it on.

 
Another update on running Windows 11 without all the crud installed.



 
Another Window$ 11 hack.

"IF" you have a MS account, and you wish to install

Window$ 11 without having a "TPM" chip, it can be done

with one (1) change to the registry.

(See attached Image) Inside registry editor, navigate to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE and create a new Key.

After the key is created, change the last digit from zero to one (1)

When a new key is created, the default value is (0)

I do have a video, but it's almost 400 meg, so.. no upload.

Please have a 64 bit machine, please have 8 gig ram or better, please have a "NEW" large SSD.

Windows has arbitrarily decided you must have a gen 8 or later CPU. This will bypass the requirements.

The System Can Be Older, But Needs The

Correct BIOS To Allow Secure Boot.

Correction: If your computer does not have "Secure Boot" eUFI,

when using Rufus select boot method MBR, and all is well..

Rufus will also allow a local account, No TPM chip, disable bit locker.

It's actually pretty cool.

I just installed W11 on three different systems, no hassle.
