Attaboy @matt86m What a great time! So you dumped the one with the electrical issue? Peace

Glad you were able to use that B&W hitch.  My next door neighbor gave it to me when he moved to Texas a year ago.

Did you add to the fleet or going back to 5th wheel?

Best part of the day was dinner with the Poule Fam! We did a quick drop and run. Home made spaghetti dinner with Mom, Maria and the kids (minus 1, he had practice) and got to meet Alex's girlfriend and threaten VeeB;s boyfriend!

Good hanging with ya Andy!

I have been back in a 5th wheel for 3 years now. I sold the moho during Covid. I loved it but I don't have the bank for the things that go wrong in a moho......Plus / I like having my truck for Glamis. For me the motorhome was limited for what we like to do.

Decided that Glamis was NEVER going away in my life. I am on a very limited budget so @Pennywise took this in on trade and I thought instead of towing crazy weights up and down mountains / fighting with expensive motor homes that are complicated and limited in water capicity and are too nice to beat on out in glamis.....why not have a comfortable big 5th wheel that has a King size Bed / Large Bathroom. and capicity tanks that fit the way we camp. I can leave it in storage and tow it back and forth to where I camp ....... Keep it waxed / stocked up with Ramen and    my bbq atc 70, a Bike to ride and a :atc70: .  When I wanna go to Glamis / Drive out....Hook up and tow to Gecko or Washes.......Done

Plenty of room for the family without breaking the bank. I use my cargo trailer for the buggy and 3 wheelers.

I am keeping the 5th wheel we call Cup Cake to leave at home in San Diego / It fits into RV parks and is AWESOME for the beach parking along the sea wall anytime of year...BMX Bikes in the back and enjoy the CA coast in full comfort..........I would love to have a motorhome for everything EXCEPT Glamis but cant swing it......Fornow, Its Cupcake (Small Toy Hauler 5th wheel) that we have had for 3 years at Home and the ENVY 38foot 5th wheel will be our Glamis Home hopefully for many years!

I have a bunch of work to do in the next 4 days But gonna enjoy (I hope) hanging with family and friends making it set up for us!

I might have let him know if he hurt ‘s her I will find him

The electrical issue was just a lose common on the Bus Bar / It was NOT the gfi....... After chasing all that BS, I removed the panel / found the lose wire (lose wires cause heat / not good) .....I cleaned up the slight charing...made sure all the wire ends were not brittle...........retightened all the wires....and everything worked PERFECT. It is amazing how 1 little thing can drive you nuts!

When she introduced me I asked "is this the guy I have to kill?" as we shook hands. Saying goodbye I told him, nice meeting you, don't make me have to kill you.

Uncle Matt & Uncle Robert, Victoria, we got your back!

I like watching their expression. "Is this guy serious?" My answer, don't make yourself find out! Peace

I told another 'Niece's' boyfriend, don't piss off the guy that owns a boat and knows of several deep spots between here and Catalina Island

Congrats on the new Trailer!

BTW, That casino sucks balls...they used to have cool games, but now it's lame.

My mother-in-law lives not even 10 minutes down the road from there.

If we go, I just head to the bar and watch whatever sports is on and have a nice cold one!

I agree about the casino, and I think the restaurant is even worse.  I do like the big Nozzle Diesel fuel pumps though, they flow !
