How to post a picture

I not sure how to attach picture from my phone. There used to be a post in newbs form before the crash of the site. I see link for the URL but my pix are on my phone. Can someone walk me through this or tell where on the site it tells you how to do this.

Click "add files".  You'll get a menu to choose from.

You can also drag a photo to the comment box.  Not sure that's doable on a phone but from a PC, it's great.
