I think we should have a BIG gd.com swap meet !!! I have been going thru all the YEARS of endless stuff we accumilate and it can be OVERWHELMING !!!!  What say you on a swap meet somewhere in So Cal ???? OR what about we see if Jeanie can rent us a space in the compound for a day and we bring it all out to glamis and Sell and trade away. hitches / riding gear / buggy parts / nuts , bolts / hoses / helmets / RV stuff / ........Racks.....etc

Anyone up for something like this ?????

I would have been interested a few months ago, but I got rid of everything one piece @ a time.  took WAY to long....

 
A swap meet in Glamis on a Big weekend could be great.

Cost for the space would be the deal maker / breaker.

 
I'm in - would be cool to have a dedicated trip for the forum once a year - i met most people on here from the two sandy golf tournament trips i went to - wish there was another annual event.  Swap meet idea is cool!

 
Maybe word of mouth, everyone meets with their chit in the back a truck or on a trailer in one of the washes (not at 12AM at a rest stop @Mac/@TheSPAINishLover) one afternoon on a busy weekend?  Post a thread on what they're bringing.

Gotta be some leeway in the ISDRA rules that wouldn't necessarily prohibit such a gathering (not event, no charge at the "door", etc)?

Let’s get this straight. You guys want to load a trailer with crap from your garage and haul it out to the dunes in hopes that people will want it so you don’t have to drag it back home?!! All while taking time out of your dune trip to horse trade instead of ride? This sounds like more effort than just posting it for sale or trade which we already are too lazy to do!

Interested, but I'm 9 hours from mother g these days in Utah. Summer time swap would be awesome. I used to go to the leduke swap every year and loved it. 

 
Orange county fairgrounds has the offroad swap meet every year.  50% vendor capacity every year if that......

Long Beach used to have rhe HP swap every month.  There used to be a lot of stuff there. 

 
Sounds like a great idea. 
Just the motivation I needed to get rid of all the worthless crap ( I mean cool stuff ) that I don’t need anymore. 

 
I like the idea as well. I’m just too lazy these days for anything! I would be more than willing to give everything I’ve got to someone. They can take it and sell it and keep the cash or trade for cool stuff. All I ask is what ever doesn’t sell, doesn’t come back to my house!
