Is there an HOA?

I know, I’m in TN but I may need to be relatively bi-coastal next year.

Not going to last a year, already have close to full price but they were not interested in the garage. This is seriously an awesome garage, check the listing.
So awesome to have all the toys at home.

Beautiful home, that garage is insane...toys, boat, rv...badass for sure.

amazing house.  good luck with the sale!!!!

thats a hell of a set up man,

i was in RC during the grocery strike, so many bad ass houses there, we were in awe lol.

Great looking home and seems to be priced very well or even low in my opinion. Someone will score!

Offer made and counteroffer in. I was really hoping a Glamis person would take it and appreciate it. This buyer didn’t seem to overly care about the garage.

Cucamonga is high demand but above the 210 and Banyan is crazy. Great neighborhood with a modern house.

saw a post on facebook about your place, post claimed your agent effed you out of at least 200k by turning buyers away when they were told you accepted an offer below asking price.

Could’ve would’ve should’ve.
Solid offer and moving forward, what else can you do?

If your agent really did screw, you and failed to perform their fiduciary duty call me and I will sell it for you. No reason to lose money.
