Help with Shoei helmet

I've got a VFX-W that needs a replacement upper insert in XL.  Cannot find a replacement.  Anyone with extreme Google-fu or a Shoei connection able to find one?  Both my wife and I have searched.  Many other sixes but no XL.  

I'm afraid this may be a discontinued model but I know there's gotta be one out there....

This is what I need.  In XL.  'Thick' would be OK too.

XL9 or XL13 appears to be what I need.  I'll ave to track down what XL5 might be.

Looked all over ebay....

I didn't know what those numbers meant. Being in the parts business, I wondered how manufacturers planned to stock all of those variations (Different SKUs). I guess they didn't. 

 
I know Arai had a "racing services" outfit that would show up at roadraces, and some big motorcycle shows. They had all sorts of stuff in their trailer.  Maybe Shoei has the same?

 
I just emailed Shoei direct.  See what they say.  They're in California.  Looks like VFX-W is discontinued for a newer model.

 
Shoei never responded.  

Screw it!  Adapt and overcome.  Got a whole bag of ACH helmet inserts.  Done.

How old is the helmet?

Just asking cause they say after 5-7 years you should replace it.

I suppose it's pushing 10 years. 

It's just so bitchen, I can't let it go.

The shell of the helmet (the inside structure) tends to break down, not just the padding.

That's why I asked...just watching out.
