Looks like one of the many “Buggyworks” style frames that were built in the mid-late 2000s

Inboard shocks; kinda reminds me of a foddrill/aceco. Rear cage is more buggyworks/chenowth though

That looks to be a Ricochet, although a lot of ricochet's had J arms so it could be a custom

Ended up solving it. It was built in 2006 by a company called For U 2 Motorsports out of Hesperia. Thanks for all the help guys
