This looks to be the best option to have quality sound for music and communication - but how do they work with Goggles? The helmets with the built in speakers I'd imagine are not the greatest for music quality / but maybe not?

NONE of the communication radios have anything near quality sound. They are all setup for communication no sound quality.

Honestly, with a half helmet (mushroom tip, penis head), headset and goggles you will be adjusting one of them multiple times during a ride. Just make life simple and go with a helmet and chitty built in speakers and a pumper for clean air to breathe.

I tried to make that setup work when I drove a buddies CanAm for a weekend. At the first break the helmet ended up on the passenger floorboard and that's where it stayed the rest of the weekend.

I haven't even bothered connecting my phone to it for tunes but the helmet air systems are worth their weight in gold. I didn't want to wear a helmet at all (have a Pro R) but after trying the pumper for the first time I was hooked. It and the radio (for car to car) were hands down the best add-ons I've ever purchased.

First thing my wife does after sitting in the car is point to the MAC air knob lol. She loves it as well.

That looks like a lot of moving parts, the open face helmet from PCI with built in speakers / comms works good. It's never going to be perfect sound quality so focus more on comfort and convenience.
