Have good credit? Buying a home? Congrats, Biden just cost you again

I wonder what that minority guy, who kept his credit clean the past 10 years, thinks about this?   :classic_wacko: In other words Biden is only creating more insanity.

FJB!

I'm still in shock about this as I was dabbling in that industry recently. Now I can't stomach it.

This is being heavily criticized by both the left and right.

Get used to these ridiculous policies, there will be more to come.

Since we all know FJB's brain is mush and cannot form a coherent thought; who TF in his regime came up with this chit?

Increase the Real Estate bubble... yeah .. remember how that worked out the last time?

abc

PS. Some folks weren't 'meant' to own homes. They don't understand 'credit' and think 'equity' is a cash machine.

So, am I reading that right? a 2.75% swing between what each is paying in fees?

They REALLY don't like people being responsible do they. I hate credit scores and how our lives revolve around them. They are such bull sheet, when paying off a loan makes your score go down you know it is rigged against you.

Again...the Leftist mentality of "reward those that do nothing" Kind of like looking in the mirror for themselves!

Utterly effing STUPID!

But so are the dimwits in charge!

I have no debt, a clean financial record, and use my rewards cards to pay for everything I can and pay them off every month, yet I can't break a 800 credit score. I understand why, but it makes no sense.

This reminds me of how I purchased my last turbo S. I was going to pay cash but figured out a way to get a bit of a discount. I put the maximum the dealer allowed on my cc, $5k. I got a loan for the remaining balance. Then I would make the maximum payment the lender would allow on my cc, and they had no limit on the number of payments allowed during the month. I made the maximum payments every couple of days until the loan was paid off in the first month. My rewards were several hundred $$'s. Just a tip to save some $.

I got refused a credit card because I pay everything off. No Debt. Even the Dream Home is going to get a big chunk of change thrown at it once I sell the other house. My banker says I'm a Great Customer and terrible customer all in one! "We will loan you money anytime cause you pay us back but......you pay us back too quick. We can't make enough money on you." Peace
