This is an APP. If you don't have a pool and want to go swimming, you can pick one and rent it.

If you have a pool, you can rent it out and make some $$.

I've tried this since mid July. It's working pretty good.

Simply takes 15% to cover insurance and damages.

Here is my ad on the APP.

Bwahahahhahahahhahahahhahahahahhahahahahhahahahahahahhahahahahhahahahahhahahahahahhahahahahahahha…CA activities.

Gotta be a joke!

No way in HELL I would rent out my pool/backyard!

@TheLatinLover I know the June bugs that land in the pool probably pee in it...just don't get skeered on how big they will seem to you!

Just yell if I end up getting you out with the pool net! Maybe you can ride on the back of one of the bugs?

:lmao:

that's a bad ass pool with a bad A$$ view man, congrats!

I would get schkeeved the F out having randoms party in my backyard.

People manage to break and trash things I would never consider possible by even the biggest retard.  But I work with the public and see too much.

I am not saying "no amount of money", but for the amounts charged, hard pass.  Especially the access to the bathroom in the primary residence.

We use it 10-20 times a year (summer). Much cheaper than the increase I’d see in property tax and much less stress on me maintaining an above ground all summer. $800-1000 a month in electricity with just the a/c at 74 is enough.

Interesting, never heard of before.

are all cameras turned off and a Non-Discloser Agreement signed?
Nope. Cameras left on. It hasn't been a bad experience. Started the weekend after the 4th. Its been mostly families, some teaching their kids to swim.

One family came from Anaheim.

So in a little more than a month, I've made this.

I have an outdoor restroom area for the guys, that helps.

Saw this on Shark Tank.  Don't remember if it's the same startup but it was funny how the sharks poo poo'd it.
