i always like to look back and see what  historical events happened on this day.

Today in history;

1945 the Jews were liberated from the horrific prison camp known as Auschwitz.

1965 Carroll Shelby debut one of the most iconic cars,
Ford Cobra.

1967 Astronauts Grissom, White, and Chaffee 
tragically lost their lives reaching for the moon,
Apollo 1
