Cool stuff.  A few years back I was riding my bike down the alley in Manhattan Beach behind the Strand ($10 million + properties).  A guy had his garage open, with a vintage BMW motorcycle propped up on a false floor that was raised up about 3 feet.  I looked down below to see what was below and he had a Ford GT in Gulf livery and a Jaguar XK120 in the "basement".  Dude definitely was doing it right . . .

I have a decent sized garage and a moderate sized shed directly behind it. I'd love to have a hidden sliding door / barn style that would allow a Quad, Motorcycle, bikes whatever into that room to work on motors, etc.
