Fun stuff, Bathroom remodel

So about 6 years ago we remodeled the bathroom in our master bedroom, but that is my wife's bathroom. They are just too small to be used consistently by 2 people.

We have always had separate bathrooms. Way better...she stinks! :lmao:

Anyways, after that was done the wheels started turning about what I wanted to do with my bathroom. I probably did 3-4 different designs...then scrapped it all and went a different direction.

Not changing much except aesthetics, Paint, lighting, vanity/sink, tub and fixtures.

Here is what it looked like the day before the project started.

As you can see, pretty dated.

Looks good, but that sink faucet will need more cleaning. We had put in a similar one, but ripped it out after a year. 

The open portion gets messed up.

When I did our bathroom remodel last year, we got ours from Builders Surplus in Santa Ana.  great selection and prices.

Oh Man, I would have given it to you had I known...It got tossed out.

We got the new vanity and sink at Builder's surplus.

They have a great selection, it's cash or check only and once you inspect it and pay for it...that's it, no returns.

Go check them out.

Tile was purchased at floor and decor.

I thought about that, but will be wiping it down after use.

I'll probably spray it with Rain-X as well.

I didn't do glass in the shower for that reason, plus to me it makes me feel too closed in when taking a shower.

I'm afraid I'd be knocking or bumping into the glass or stumble into it as I get :ex:

Its lookin great! I started remodeling my master bathroom 3 years ago and havent finished! By the time i do finish the new vanity and tile we bought 3 years ago is gonna be out of style.

my wife wont let me hire someone....and she’s probably right. Everything we hire out seems to end up effed up

Always put a 2nd shower head in the shower so when you are in there with a special someone, and you get kicked to the back with no hot water while she rinses the conditioner out of her hair.
