The temps are cooling due to a storm moving thru.  Should make for some smooth dunes, oh wait they already are.   

Most of the group are making the first trip of the year the following weekend, If I can get everything finished in time so will I 

 
Shake down run to Ocotillo Wells for us.  Testing out some mods I made to the buggy over summer. 

 
Sounds like it will be an epic trip. Early and late season trips are always the best. Fresh dunes and little to no traffic. Wish I was going, the moon looked gnarly going to work this morning. Our first trip isn't till 10/12-10/15.

They are, just watch for rain drainage damage. Saw many areas where there were washouts.  Also shows to be breezy Saturday.

 
I left a bunch of firewood on Pad 3 last weekend.  Probably still there.
