Front 2" hollow brake hub assembly - need rotor

Can anyone identify this front 2" hollow brake assembly?  I just need a brake rotor.  

Rotor is 10.75" diameter, 10 bolt with 5/16" bolts 18 thread.

Rotor is 5/16" thick.

Looks like an early RBP brake hub and rotor
