Found metal near vendors Beach store

Good morning folks, I was out for a walk this morning and found this in the sand by vendors row.  

If anyone knows of anyone that lost it, please let me know.  It's in pretty good shape, so I can't imagine it's been here very long.

I was expecting to see a big pipe sticking out of the ground or something else based on the title.
