Short story long... had a full bag golf club fitting with PXG last week. Pulled the trigger on Wednesday and my initial delivery (which requires a signature) was this Thursday, which sucks because I'm playing a round that day. Status update says they are getting delivered Sunday... four day early! ...race home from a backpacking trip and wait impatiently all damned day with no-show. About 10pm they update the tracker to a Tuesday delivery :bangin:  wasted my Sunday waiting around but at least I "should" have them in time to hit the range and then play a round on Thursday. So... I'm waiting, and waiting, too afraid to leave the house or even take a chit because as soon as I do the fedex driver will show up and leave with my clubs in hand :bigcry:   ...I need to chit shower and shave but I ain't doing jack besides sitting here with my 4th cup of coffee, waiting on that effer

FedEx has lost more shit this year than any other freight carrier. How does one company loose 2 crates, 1200 lbs each.  I stopped waiting for Saturday or Sunday delivery. Every time i did, I would find tracking stating delivery attempted and could not deliver. Total BS as I have stood at the open door for hours.  FedEx just lost a New Holset turbo. Another 60 lb box that has vanished.

I have scoured the internet for those auction houses that sell off abandoned freight. Id love to find some of this chit, but every lead has been a dead end.

Sorry, went squirrel on this one.

Carry on :guns:

Next update will be...

Attempted delivery failed, please call 1-800-THE WORLD ON TIME to pickup your order from a distribution center 85 miles away. Sucks man. Sorry.

Sucks to hear bout yore Clubs mang.

That's nothing. Spent hours last night at LAX with an idiot Southwest Agent arguing about the 10 Hockey Sticks that were lost at LAX. They left Dallas just fine in a Team Tote with 30 Twigs, not they arrive at LAX on a direct flight and they say "TSA" lost them....umm we give you the tote, you accept it, then we get it back from YOU Southwest.

What you do with TSA and everyone else is your issue, not mine.

10 Free Hockey Sticks are in the teams future, but still a headache as this lady wanted to argue, debate the matter....umm NO.

:effu: Southwest Agent at LAX.

You could go online and change your delivery to the local hub and when your tracking software says it's there, go pick it up. That's better than waiting for it all day at home or missing the delivery and having to go down there anyway. From my experience, the original Thursday delivery was the most accurate.

FedEx sucks, I dispise them. Deal with them for work for over 10 years now. I've personally have been to the local hub and its a free for all. Music so loud you cant even here people speak. No one knows anything, zero accountability.    Rant over...............

Had three pallets all leave Ontario Ca. in route to Phx. Three pallets of can lights we are talking like 50 some pieces on two of them and 100 on the third one. Two days later truck arrives with two pallets with a total of 150 pieces.  No third pallet but one of the pallets has a cardboard piece that is kind of separating the sections.  So I spend 30 minutes arguing with the driver that it says three skids I am seeing two and there is only one packing slip on that pallet your calling two so I am only signing for two.  He calls his people  I argue with them now. I call the people I buy from they say all went out on that truck three skids no back ordered materials. Count the stuff again we are short like 50 some rough in can light housings.

They search the terminal they search the factory and say it is not here. about 4 days later. I get a call by the person investigating the missing items and he tells me they were delivered yesterday and signed for by "Receiving" . I tell them we don't sign "receiving" we put our name. Check the shop, nothing came in the day before.  So now it is going to insurance and I have to order these 50 lights and have them next day aired to me in order to meet the schedule.  Guess who they want to pay for that.....

Back and forth back and forth it goes for a few weeks. Finally my new lights are supposed to ship and should be arriving the next day. When around dinner time I get this phone call from a weird area code, I answer it and this guy is calling me from Anchorage Alaska and is wondering how long I plan on storing this pallet in his warehouse

Seems the lights ended up in Alaska.

I had a newly built rifle being shipped to me FedEx.  Was supposed to be signed for.  Had all my staff on notice to keep an eye out for a truck so I could run up and sign for it.

One of my guys texts me a says "You've got a box up here".  FedEx dropped it off in front of the garage and bailed.

Glad we're in a relatively theft free area.

Hopefully the pxg’s fix your swing. FOOOOOORRRREEE RIGHTTTTTTT!!!
Fix it, no... accommodate it, YES

Well, have you took a dump yet? 😅
Dude finally showed up as I was 30 minutes from going to Kaiser from being impacted... dropped the kids off at the pool and hit a large bucket at the range and the wait was worth it :hethan:

Same deal...from memory, actual facts may vary.

I order from rockauto....their website says Weds delivery.

In flight (coming to me), it changes to Tuesday.

Monday, it is in Denver.

Tuesday, out on a truck for delivery in a Denver suburb (wrong city), it shoulda been on "My" truck.

Next day, same deal, dif suburb.

I got it on Thursday, or Friday.

I know two ‘members’ who would offer to have theirs sucked…and I’m not one of them.  :gossip:

I agree with everything said Here.. They dont Treat their employees too well either...

Speaking of Fed Ex....The other day we were hanging outside, a bunch of kids are playing in the yard and this Fed Ex driver comes FLYING around the corner. Our street is a Loop. When you come in you loop out the same way you came in. I walked over to the street he had to come down to exit the neighborhood. When he came around the corner he was greeted in the middle of the street by ME! This little kid took an AISS chewing. All I got out of him was YES SIR! Peace
